Restocking Fees

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

Returnable and Non-returnable Items

Non-returnable items (Final sale, no refund, return or exchange):

• All RC Helicopters
• All Baby Care Product
• All Fashion Jewelry
• All Airsoft Products
• All Sport Fan Souvenirs Product

Returnable items:

• All kids ride on toy - 7 days limited warranty. Warranty only cover, battery, motor, gear, and remote control. Shopampm Inc will not be responsible for any physical damaged. If you want to return an item, it must be new and in the closed box with all original packaging and instructions (open box items are not returnable). ShopAmPm.com will accept returns within 7 days of shipment. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds and credits will be issued in the original form of payment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and the risk of loss on all return shipments. Shopampm.com recommends the use of reputable carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for your shipment. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Discrepancy or Shipping Damage Claim Policy

If there is a discrepancy in the item(s) received, or the item(s) are damaged when received, customer must claim the item discrepancy/damage to ShopAmPm.com RMA Department within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please specify the nature of the discrepancy and/or damage to the best of your ability, in writing, when submitting item for repair/return.

The repair or replacement of any product is the sole decision of ShopAmPm.com. Any substitution of parts will first be approved by the customer. All returns must be received by ShopAmPm.com before any replacements will be sent out.

Refused, wrong address or return by shipping carrier packages

Everything is Free Shipping at Shopampm.com. Therefore, any refused package, wrong delivery address or package returns by shipping carrier will subject a shipping charge. We will charge $80 shipping fee for all return battery ride on cars and $20 shipping fee for all other items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

You must obtain a RMA number for all returns for credit or exchange. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. The returned products must arrive at ShopAmPm.com within this 7-day period. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. A 15% restocking charge shall apply to all returns and exchange if the merchandise had been used or taken out from the original package. Credit for all returns will be given according to the purchased price. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and the mailing label when ship the returns back to us. Products return for RMA, exchange or return must be received by us in like-new condition and must be in their original packaging. Included with the returned product there must be all necessary manuals, cables, drives, accessories, original manufacture box, etc. otherwise, they will be replaced as the way we receive or a 15% restocking fee may apply. If we does not have the product in stock for replacement at the time, we receive the detective merchandise. We reserves the right to keep the merchandise up to 45 days for repair or exchange. Absolutely no credit will be given within this 45 days period. if the merchandise is a discontinued or we can not replace the item after 45 days, credit will be issued according to the purchased price. ShopAmPm.com reserves the right to reject any return sent without a valid ShopAmPm.com RMA number or proper packing

Refund and Credit Policy

If customer returns a product for credit or refund, customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, ShopAmPm.com Return Procedure will be breached and ShopAmPm.com may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

Warranty and Disclaimer

Products sold by ShopAmpm.com may be backed by individual manufacturer warranty and support policies. ShopAmpm.com HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance is ShopAmpm.com liable for any third-party claims against you for damages, loss of or damage to your records or data, or economic or consequential damages whether or not advised of the possibility of damage.

Governing Laws and Jurisdictions:

Any dispute arising out of or related to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein by ShopAmpm.com shall be governed by the laws of the state of California. The customer hereby expresses consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of California to resolve any and all customer disputes with ShopAmpm.com, and the customer hereby waives all rights to jurisdiction and venue.
